Z-programs, 3rd-party add-ons or SAP® standard – we find the root cause directly in your system and, on request, fix it. You only pay for the tickets we work on. We support SAP® S/4HANA (Public Cloud, Private Cloud and on-premise), SAP® ERP / ECC and RISE with SAP.
We analyse the ticket directly in your system and explain what is causing the issue. Depending on the case, the root cause is classified as a technical reason (e.g. program code) or a customizing setting. It makes no difference to us whether the cause sits in a customer Z-program, a 3rd-party add-on or an SAP® standard program.
We share the results of our analysis with you and describe the reason for the behaviour – documented and traceable in our ticket system.
Beyond the analysis, we can fix the issue directly in your system on request. We support all SAP® technologies and modules as well as the corresponding customizing. You decide whether we only analyse, or analyse and implement the fix.
Use our scalable service and pay only for what you need. If there are just 8 tickets to analyse in a week, you only pay for those tickets – no need to block your own resources or contract consultants for months.
If we analyse your ticket and cannot find the cause of the behaviour, you do not pay for it. You only pay for the tickets we analyse, on a time & material basis.
Reduce the workload of your SAP® experts, key users and consultants. Cut internal costs and focus on your core business.
We have access to more than 700 consultants across all SAP® areas. Specific and complex issues can be analysed in every SAP® module and scenario – whether your ABAP programs live in the customer, SAP® or a 3rd-party namespace.
Our service scales with your demand, so we can shorten the time it takes to analyse your tickets.

Your personal data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the specified purposes. However, we must sometimes continue to store your data until the retention periods and deadlines set by the legislator or supervisory authorities, which may arise from the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch), Tax Code (Abgabenordnung) or Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz), expire. These generally amount to six to ten years. We may also retain your data until the statutory limitation periods have expired (usually three years, but up to 30 years in some cases), provided that this is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. After that, the relevant data are routinely erased.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR in combination with Section 19 BDSG.
You can withdraw your consent by sending us an e-mail. If you have problems withdrawing your consent, you can contact the data protection officer.
